It's close to the Hard Rock Casino (~12 minutes), Hollywood Beach & Boardwalk (~15 minutes), Downtown Hollywood (dining + nightlife) (~10 minutes), TY Park (walking trails + picnics) (~8 minutes), Dania Pointe & Oakwood Plaza (~15 minutes), and Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) (~18 minutes). Getting around is extremely easy. You’ll have free driveway parking for up to 3 cars, and you’re just minutes from major roads like US-441, I-95, and Hollywood Blvd, making it simple to explore all of South Florida. Uber and Lyft are always available and often under 10 minutes. Several local bus stops are within walking distance for short trips. The Brightline Train (Aventura or Fort Lauderdale stations ~20 minutes away) is perfect for fast trips to Miami, Boca, or West Palm. The area is mostly residential, but you’ll find a few shops and neighborhood spots within a short walk. For beaches, casinos, shopping centers, and major attractions, driving or rideshare is recommended. Driveway parking is available for up to 3 cars (no parking on street or grass as the city will fine you). Please clean up after using the BBQ; if the grill is not cleaned, an extra $50 cleaning fee might apply. No smoking is allowed inside the house. The landscaper will be entering the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days, and the pool technician will conduct pool maintenance twice a week. Services are automatic and quick and non-intrusive.
