Welcome to your elevated beachfront escape at Phoenix III. Feel at home in this beautifully updated corner condo, blending luxury and comfort with breathtaking Gulf views. Step onto your private balcony each morning to sip coffee as dolphins play just offshore, and wind down in the evening with a glass of wine while the sun sets over the turquoise water and sugar-white sand. This condo is designed to surround you with peace, beauty, and effortless vacation comfort. Enjoy direct beach access just steps from your door, a sparkling outdoor pool area, an indoor heated pool, and relaxing hot tubs. Additional amenities include an indoor racquetball court, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a sauna, a lighted tennis court, outdoor grills and gazebos, and a basketball court. On-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made. Parking passes cost $55 per vehicle, with a maximum of 2 passes per reservation. Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk once you complete the online registration. Local attractions include Adventure Island, Gulf State Park, The Wharf at Orange Beach, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, Fort Morgan Historic Site, and Dauphin Island. Beach towels are not provided. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals, as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
