Located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, this cottage is less than 400 feet from Ocean Blvd, where you'll find the main boardwalk with everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is directly across the street. You can walk from the rental to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Guests should treat the home with respect and be courteous to others enjoying their time. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday; please ensure your trash is in the designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited.
