Whether you're here for fun, work, or family, stroll through the fisheries, enjoy the beach with a short drive, and kayak off the included deck on the backside of the property. Come test your vacation skills out and breathe easy with lovely views from your own back deck. The grill is ready for tasty bites and the sunset is ready for your viewing. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space downstairs sprawls toward the back deck which overlooks the lovely inner canal. There is a bedroom with a built-in full bathroom with a walk-in shower downstairs and two private bedrooms upstairs with a tub and shower combination. Two kayaks, outdoor dining, and a propane grill adorn the back deck, and the canal is just a few stairs from the deck. For those interested in fishing, there is some starter tackle in the patio closet and a place to clean your catch with a water station. We welcome your pups with a maximum of two under 40lbs, but no cats are allowed. We ask they stay off furniture and be crated when unattended. There is a pet area with baggies available for you to pick up after them. There is one assigned parking space and you may park an additional vehicle in an unnumbered space. Enjoy the convenience of being just a short drive from the beach and the opportunity to stroll through the nearby fisheries. The neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions and the beautiful bay. Guests have access to the entire property except for the upstairs balcony closet and owner's closet. No parties or events are allowed as unauthorized events will automatically forfeit your reservation and any refunds. There is also a manual onsite with the community rules and information about the townhouse and area.
