Report any damage or malfunction to the host immediately. Pets are not allowed. Access to the property is contingent on HOA approval and signing of a lease and HOA paperwork. This is a self-check-in property; approved guests will receive a unique code for access throughout their stay. A vehicle is recommended as Naples is a large metro area. The owner will pay all or some of the transfer fees. As of July 2025, the transfer fee is $950. For stays of 2 months or less, the owner will cover $500 of this fee. For stays of 3 months or longer, the owner will cover $1,000.
