The property is approximately a 30-minute drive to Fort Myers International Airport. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host immediately. Pets are not allowed. Access to the property is contingent on HOA approval and signing of a lease and HOA paperwork. This is a self-check-in property; approved guests will receive a unique code for access throughout their stay. A vehicle is recommended as Naples is a large metro area. The owner will pay all or some of the transfer fees. As of July 2025, the transfer fee is $950. For stays of 2 months or less, the owner will cover $500 of this fee. For stays of 3 months or longer, the owner will cover $1,000.
