Feel at home in this modern, brand new home in Eagle, built in 2025 with modern fixtures and a high-end feel. This professionally decorated space features unique furnishings and a warm ambiance. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. Complimentary live TV and coffee are provided. Garage access is available for parking. Across the road from Eagle Island State Park and close to the downtown restaurant scene, this home offers a comfortable front patio for relaxing and hanging out. Townhouses sometimes have additional noise with neighbors, though this hasn't been an issue. The neighborhood is new construction, and during the day, there may be dust and work noise from ongoing construction. If we have to move furniture back to its original position after your stay, we will charge $50 per hour to do so. Smoking or vaping inside the home is prohibited; outside is okay as long as you clean up and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows, otherwise a smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is allowed after this time. Fast Wi-Fi is available, ideal for working remotely.
