This 1,600 square foot home is in a fantastic location. This home comfortably sleeps 10 and features a ping pong table in the garage. The fully stocked and equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. Complimentary live TV and coffee are provided. In addition to the driveway, there is one secure single car garage parking space. Centrally located to Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, this home offers easy access to anywhere in town. It's just 2 minutes from the Towne Square Mall and offers easy access to the amazing local water park. If furniture has to be moved back to its original position after your stay, there will be a charge of $50 per hour to do so. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home; outside is okay as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. The smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is allowed after this time. Early check-ins will have a fee associated, typically $30-50, but may be more depending on how early you want to check in. Late checkout is not offered; unapproved late checkout fee is $50 for every 30 minutes, plus any refunds or charges that the next guest incurs due to your late checkout.
