Feel at home in this luxurious space, nestled perfectly in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Victoria Park, about 5 minutes from Las Olas, shopping, and the beach. Each detail has been hand-selected or made to enhance your experience. Whether you're in the calming water room, thunderous air room, beautiful earth room, or fiery fire room, there's something for everyone to love. Guests may enjoy all areas in the home except for those areas that have been purposefully locked. The garage will fit two vehicles and comes with a free Tesla charger. Our driveway will allow for 2 additional vehicles parked outside. Pets are welcome for a flat fee of $20 per night for 1 pet and $30 per night for 2 pets, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood that has a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and key largo luxury rentals surrounded by beautiful foliage and lighting and centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer! At the intersection of NE 15th Ave and Sunrise Blvd, there's a Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store right across the street, just a few blocks away. There's a park a few blocks away, and Las Olas and the beach are just about 5 minutes away! Check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time is 11am. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am. There is no smoking inside the house, and any violation will incur a $1000 fine. Please do not tamper with any of the security alarm systems, cameras, or other smart technology that has been preset with a timer. If we receive more than 3 complaints about noise disturbance created by your pets, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund.
