Perfect for families, friends, or game-day groups, this home combines modern amenities with classic character and is situated in College Station’s Historic District with picturesque streets and mature live oaks. This home features original hardwood floors, cozy living areas, and inviting décor. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, a main living area with wraparound sofa and flat-screen TV, and a second living area with additional seating and TV. The backyard pavilion offers outdoor seating, a fireplace, a gas fire pit, and a TV. Centrally located just one mile from Texas A&M University and minutes from Kyle Field, Blue Bell Park, Reed Arena, and the George Bush Library. The home is also near the main intersection of Wellborn Rd & Park Pl. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable, and if any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Parties are prohibited. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
