The master bedroom features a king-size bed dressed in soft, inviting tones and a large window overlooking the balcony and the city. The living area features a dining table ready for dinner, a fully equipped kitchen, and a record player. Relax on the beautiful orange leather couch, watch TV, or simply admire the view from the big windows. Step out onto the balcony to take in the city from a whole new perspective. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for $30 each, depending on availability. Guests have the option to pay a daily fee of $5 for gated parking. Pets are welcome at an additional fee already included in the price. This apartment is the ideal space to feel cozy, comfortable, and connected to the beauty around you. A $500 fine will be charged for smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Engaging in illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents will be charged at replacement cost, plus a $300 damage fee. Please respect quiet hours from 8 PM to 7 AM. A $200 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged gate remote. A $50 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged tag. Excessive cleaning will depend on the severity of the incident.
