A hairdryer is available. The building has an outdoor shared hot tub in the center of the courtyard. One heated and locked underground parking space is available. Mi Casa Mexican restaurant and a ski/snowboard rental shop are conveniently located in the building. The Breck Connect free public transportation service is also nearby. The balcony overlooks Park Ave with gorgeous mountain views. Der Steiermark is a boutique ski condominium complex perfectly located between Main Street, Peak 9 Quicksilver chairlift, and the Blue River. Across the street is the Village Complex, where you will find the lift ticket office, ski/snowboard school, and urgent care. The building locks the front door around 10 pm. There is no air conditioning. There is no place to store luggage after checkout. *There is no air conditioning - most places in our area do not have (or need) it!
