The villa's interior features a kitchen, dining area, and family room. The main bedroom suite includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with granite counters, dual sinks, and a glass-enclosed shower. The den functions as an office space with a desk and a pull-out sofa. The second guest bedroom is set up with 2 twin beds. A second full bathroom has granite counters and a tub and shower combo. The spacious laundry room is equipped with a newer washer and dryer. The screened and covered lanai offers an outdoor seating area with lake views, perfect for enjoying sunsets. A 2-car garage is available for your use during your stay, and an electric grill is provided. This is a pet-friendly home, allowing only 1 non-shedding, hypoallergenic dog weighing 30 pounds or less. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited. Naples Reserve is a master-planned community centrally located in east Naples, Florida, off US-41, providing quick access to downtown Naples, the Naples Pier, and beaches. The community itself offers numerous amenities, including kayaking, bocce, tennis, a resort-style pool, hot tub, a sandy lakeside beach with chickee huts, a beach volleyball court, a gym, and the Latitudes Cafe. The fitness center and pool are currently open, but the restaurant and tiki bar are closed until March 1, 2026, or later. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host immediately. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to move-in, along with the second payment. The HOA has an additional application fee that must be paid separately and requires 30 days for processing.
