This condo is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy your trip to the beach. Enjoy cooking tasty meals together in the well-equipped, full kitchen, or make yourself a quick cup of coffee and sit on the patio. The casual layout of the space still allows for lots of comfortable seating and a dining area with plenty of elbow room. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor shower during their stay. Top of the Gulf is a family-friendly condominium complex with a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, game room, grilling areas, al fresco dining, and a sundeck overlooking the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the Emerald Coast. Upon arrival, all guests must register at the HOA office to pay the $30 resort fee. The resort accepts credit cards and cash (no debit cards). It's a short walk to Pineapple Willys, Longboards, Hammerhead Freds, shopping, golfing, and many other activities. This property is for guests 21 years old and older. Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays). The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum (including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection, with no money refunded. This property requires armbands to be worn at all times while on the property for safety. This is a non-smoking and non-pet-friendly unit. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 8 AM.
