Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer or the unit could freeze, and you will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees, and in the winter, turn it down to 50 degrees. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $300 fee plus $25 per person. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. Parties are prohibited. If pets are found at the property or pet feces are discovered, a $400 fee will be assessed. If trash is not bagged and placed inside the trash cans, a $50 fee will be assessed. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior.
