A 1-car detached garage is available. Located in the Venezia subdivision of Treviso Bay, this condo is a short walk away from the community pool. The condo is about 60 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, and ride-sharing services are readily available in the area. It is recommended that guests bring their own car, as the greater Naples area is very large. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that they can repair or replace the damaged item. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing.
