This cozy retreat offers a peaceful master bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In the common area, relax and unwind with the Smart TV, or gather around the dining table for a meal or a game. The kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with all appliances, a Nespresso Machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils for your culinary adventures. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, and keep comfortable regardless of the weather with central A/C. All linens and towels are provided, along with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hair dryer, and an iron. For those traveling with little ones, a Pack 'n play is available upon request, and a cooler is offered for your outdoor adventures on request. Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, and have an extra cost of $30. Pets are allowed for an extra $100 fee. Check-in is from 4 PM to 12 AM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to the property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. A $250 penalty applies for having pets in the unit. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
