This home has everything you will need, including a washer and dryer. Enjoy the new flat-screen TVs in every room with a large selection of stations and free HBO. Enjoy access to 2 swimming pools that are located within walking distance from the home. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 for each animal per stay, up to 2 dogs, is required with owner approval. Please provide a picture of the dog, a copy of your pet's current rabies vaccination, and a copy of your veterinarian's record showing weight. There are 2 parking spaces located in front of the home. Located in the middle beach area, this townhouse is less than 1 mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park and the public beach, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The subdivision is gated from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am, and there is a security guard on duty. Check-in time is 4:00 PM CT (5:00 PM during Spring Break, holidays, weekends). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
