The cozy sitting area seamlessly flows into a stylish bathroom with a modern, standalone shower, quartz vanity, and a bowl sink, creating a spa-like atmosphere. This condo offers the ultimate beachfront experience. Check-in time is 4:00 PM Central Time (5:00 PM during Spring Break, holidays, weekends). Registered guests must be at least 25 years of age per the Homeowner Association. The Long Beach Resort building is undergoing a reconstruction project. T1-T2 Pool Closed Aug 18- Oct 31, T2-T3 Pool Closed Oct 20 – Jan 2, T3-T4 Pool Closed 8/28 - 11/28. Walkways will remain open during this phase. Please remain mindful of workers and observe all the signs, tape, or barricades. Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sundays possible for make-up work. The balcony will be closed for this unit from January 19th to February 2nd (dates are subject to change ), no access to the balcony and furniture will be inside the unit. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is three guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and ejection.
