This apartment offers the ultimate beachfront experience. Check-in time is 4:00 PM CT (5:00 PM during Spring Break, holidays, weekends). Registered guests must be at least 25 years of age per the HOA. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is three guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and ejection. The Long Beach Resort building is undergoing a reconstruction project. T1-T2 Pool Closed Aug 18- Oct 31, T2-T3 Pool Closed Oct 20 – Jan 2, T3-T4 Pool Closed 8/28 - 11/28. Walkways will remain open during this phase. Please remain mindful of workers and observe all the signs, tape, or barricades. Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sundays possible for make-up work).
