The games room includes air hockey, foosball, and table tennis, while the upstairs lounge has a large projector screen and a billiards table. The fully equipped kitchen boasts two full-sized fridge/freezer combos and two large-capacity dishwashers. Tech-savvy guests will appreciate the smart TVs and high-speed internet access, and central air conditioning will keep you cool. In-home laundry machines are provided for your convenience. Guests get free access to the Veranda Palms Resort, which features a secure gated entrance, a large resort-style swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub, waterslides, a children's splash zone, children's activities, a zero-entry pool, poolside cabanas and sun loungers, an air-conditioned fitness facility, playgrounds, and a clubhouse lounge. Pool and hot tub heating is available for an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. A pack 'n play crib and a highchair are available for a one-time fee of $40 each. A one-time refill for the barbecue propane tank is available for $55. Veranda Palms is a family-friendly gated resort in the Kissimmee area of Orlando, easily reached from Highway 192, where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. The community is a short drive away from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Veranda Palms is also just a short stroll away from the wonderful Shingle Creek Nature Reserve. Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine. Late departures will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in this home. The spa bubbles feature is currently out of order.
