Feel at home in this modern condo resort, steps from the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. This apartment features a master bedroom, a second bedroom, and a living room, accommodating up to 6 guests. This brand-new apartment offers all the comforts you need, including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, and toaster. The spacious bedrooms include a hairdryer and an iron with ironing board. Enjoy ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, and modern-style designer fixtures and faucets. Entertainment options include TVs. Enjoy access to the rooftop infinity pool, gym, hot tub, and sun deck. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free; fees may apply for additional pets, with a 25 lbs restriction (doesn’t apply to ESA). Parking is available at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes, which allows you to park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). A registration fee of $50 (one time only) applies. Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, you can enjoy exciting activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, biking, and golf. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk, with its bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops, is perfect for a stroll or bike ride. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. For your safety, no diving or running is allowed. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is any time before 11 am. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available upon request. The public beach and Broadwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!).
