Whether you spend your time adventuring or relaxing at the beach, you'll do it in style with this Florida vacation rental. Enjoy the shared pool, or play a family game of tennis or shuffleboard! Parking is available upon arrival; you must register using the QR codes you can see throughout the property. Automobile parking is $23.33 per stay (up to 30 days, max 2), motorcycle parking is $11.85 per stay (up to 30 days), and boat trailer parking and boat dock access is $287.62 per stay (up to 30 days). Authorization from STS Management is required before arrival for boat trailer parking and boat dock access. Price is subject to change without prior notice. Located in The Inn at St. Thomas Square, with quaint shops and restaurants, this condo is just a quick 5-minute drive to St. Andrews State Park and within walking distance to the beach. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 8 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent. No trailers are allowed, even during bike week. If you have several motorcycles, they ask you to share a parking space if possible. If you are not registered for parking, you will be subject to being towed at your expense. A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed.
