As you enter the home, you’re greeted by an open-concept living space that combines modern design with comfort. Large windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the home. Inside, the open-concept living area invites you to relax and entertain in style, with the modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island, ideal for preparing meals or enjoying casual dining. The dining area offers plenty of space for family gatherings. The spacious bedrooms provide both comfort and functionality. The master suite serves as a serene retreat, with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and dual vanities. The two additional bedrooms are equally spacious, each with its own bathroom for added convenience. Whether you're relaxing by the large island pool located just out your back door or stepping out for a game of tennis, this townhouse offers both ease and access to the best of resort living. A maximum of two pets are allowed with prior approval, but no cats or puppies. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $175 for each animal per stay, with a maximum weight of 50lbs per dog. Located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, the home provides both privacy and incredible amenities: 12 pools, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, putt-putt golf, a playground, and even a pool right on the beach for the perfect coastal lifestyle! Check-in time is 4:00 PM CT (5:00 PM during Spring Break, holidays, weekends). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. If management determines that a pet is a danger to others, or if the pet barks incessantly and disturbs others, the guests will be asked to place their pet in a kennel for the duration of their stay. Pets are not allowed on PCB beaches except at the “pet-friendly beach” by Pier Park, and a fine will be automatically imposed if caught with a pet on the beach. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet droppings, and an extra cleaning fee starting at $250 will be charged if feces and/or urine are found and cleaned at departure. The guest is responsible for any damages caused by their pets inside and outside the property. Please treat your dogs with flea meds 3 days ahead of your trip. Pet must weigh 50lb or less. If you are allowed to stay at home, please bring your blanket or sheets to place on furniture. The pet must be on a leash when outside. It is recommended placing the dog in a crate/playpen when left alone.
