The interior of the home has been recently and thoughtfully renovated and includes regal oversized porcelain flooring tiles, quartz countertops, and a granite waterfall island in the kitchen, as well as a full package of high-end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen flows casually into the living and dining rooms. A waterfall counter center island anchors the kitchen with 4 swivel bar stools for in-kitchen dining. The round dining table and modern chandelier complete the indoor dining space. Guests can watch a movie or connect to their favorite apps to keep up to date with their shows while relaxing in the family room. The oversized lanai offers plenty of options for swimming, sunbathing, dining, and relaxing. With large glass sliders from both the living room and den, the indoors meets the outdoors during cooler weather months. The vacation-worthy oversized heated pool features a swim-up chair and umbrella, along with multiple sets of stairs to easily access the pool. Located in Willoughby Acres, this is a very pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, and there is a small neighborhood playground with a walking path, benches, and a sidewalk connecting to the neighboring community of Palm River, which also has miles of roads to explore. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
