Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $25 per night and it's recommended to request it in advance as vacant parking spots may be limited. Pets are allowed for a fee of $10 per pet per night, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. A travel crib (for 0-18 month baby) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night, please book these items in advance. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to arrival, including every guest's name, ID details, vehicle, and license plate numbers (if parking is required). A selfie with your ID in your hands is required as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the information given are not allowed into the building.
