This newly renovated 3-bedroom modern condo suite features a large balcony overlooking Heritage Park. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two double beds, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed with an additional queen-size sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to six people. The condo boasts a spacious living room and dining area with a table that seats six, and a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels. The condo includes two full bathrooms, each with a shower, toiletries, hairdryer, scale, and towels. The brand new fully equipped kitchen features a huge wraparound island with extra seating for three and stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop/oven. It is stocked with utensils, plates, cups, cooking pots and pans, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine, providing all the comforts of home. Fast wireless internet, an in-unit washer and dryer, and one free parking spot are also included. The building offers a beautiful pool with pool chairs and cabanas, a full fitness center, convenience store and cafe, tennis courts, meeting room, games room, and salon. There is a resort fee of $51.50 per reservation, which includes two fobs. Extra fobs can be obtained for an optional fee of $10 each. Guests are required to wear provided wristbands at all times to access amenities. One free parking spot is included. Located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, FL, this luxury condo building is directly across the street from the beach. You can walk to an array of renowned restaurants and shops, exciting daytime activities and attractions, as well as Heritage Park and Founders Park, where local events are held. The condo is centrally located within a 5-minute drive from Florida’s largest Aventura Mall, the Promenade Shops, Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino, the internationally known Bal Harbour Shops, and Surfside Beach. It is also a short distance from Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale Airport, and cruise ports. The maximum room occupancy is six people. Any party exceeding this will not be accommodated, and the reservation may be declined at the front desk. Check-in time is from 4 PM to 10 PM, and late check-ins will incur a $50 fee. Late check-ins must claim their wristbands from the front desk the following day.
