You'll step into the cozy living area from the front porch and immediately feel taken by the mid-century charm of this home. The kitchen is fully updated and equipped for any amateur chef. During warmer months there is also a stunning back patio with an outdoor dining set. There is a driveway shared with the next-door neighbors, though it diverges at the back of the house. The first door on your right is the first-floor bedroom, and the washer, dryer, and only bathroom in the home are accessed through this bedroom as well. After the door to the bedroom, you'll see a stairwell leading up to the second floor, where the primary bedroom and office are located. The property is situated against a wooded trail leading to some of the best bars, restaurants, and boutique shops in Cincinnati! You'll be just steps from Starbucks, Kroger, and a short drive from several great gyms. Easy access to the highway makes getting to the exciting OTR entertainment district a breeze! You'll be just steps from Starbucks, Kroger, and many other restaurants and stores, along with a short drive from Rookwood shopping center and a ten-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati and the OTR entertainment district. Most major hospitals are also a short 5-10 minute drive from the property as well. There are many options for walking around this gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. Making convenience a real star for this property, there is ample street parking and off-street parking for one vehicle as well. The bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms, please keep this in mind when booking with friends and family! Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and charges may be pressed. In the event of a noise disturbance, if a polite request to come into compliance is not honored, then the reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will result in an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30pm-8am.
