Shared driveway parking is available with the next-door neighbors, diverging at the back of the house, and there is ample street parking for one vehicle. Nestled against a wooded trail, you'll have access to some of the best bars, restaurants, and boutique shops in Cincinnati. You'll be just steps from Starbucks and Kroger, and a short drive from several great gyms and the Rookwood shopping center. Easy access to the highway makes getting to the exciting OTR entertainment district a breeze, and most major hospitals are also a short 5-10 minute drive away. This gorgeous, quiet neighborhood is also very walkable. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may result in prosecution for criminal trespassing. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am; amplified music is strictly forbidden at all times without advance written consent. Smoking and flames of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah) are not allowed. Violating these rules may result in reservation termination without refund. The bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms, please keep this in mind when booking with friends and family. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 is collected via credit/debit card. Guests must be at least 23 years old to book, or request an exception if living locally and under 23. Same-day reservations require prior contact. Cleanup of human biomaterial will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found in unreasonable disorder may be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee.
