This home offers a unique layout with the first-floor bedroom, bathroom, and laundry accessible through the bedroom, and the primary bedroom and office on the second floor. The living area exudes mid-century charm. The dining space and kitchen are fully updated and equipped for any amateur chef. Guests will have access to the entire space besides storage areas. Nestled against a wooded trail, this property provides access to some of Cincinnati's best bars, restaurants, and boutique shops. You'll be just steps from Starbucks and Kroger, and a short drive from several great gyms and the Rookwood shopping center. Easy access to the highway makes getting to the exciting OTR entertainment district a breeze, and most major hospitals are a short 5-10 minute drive away. The neighborhood offers ample street parking and off-street parking for one vehicle. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior towards team members will also result in reservation termination. The property reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is a belief that the guest intends to harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. A security deposit hold may be collected, similar to a hotel incidentals hold. The bathroom is accessed through one of the bedrooms, which should be kept in mind when booking with friends and family. The second floor features an office space, perfect for remote work. Registration Number: 497873
