This garden-style unit requires climbing one to two flights of stairs; ground floor units are available upon request. This condo is perfect for football fans, leisure travelers, snowbirds, spring training attendees, and business travelers. This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you, including a resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a barbecue area, an arcade, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a patio, and complimentary coffee. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 to $300 based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. Ideally located close to different attractions, this condo is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away from anywhere. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
