This suite offers a fully functional kitchen with a tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer are also provided with supplies. The bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee of $20 per night for one pet. You should carry your pet in common areas. Parking spots are available, and vehicle and license plate numbers are required for parking. You're steps away from trendy cafés and restaurants, and only a few blocks from the river pathways for biking, jogging, or a relaxing stroll. The property is located 400 meters from the Bow River. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out may be possible with advance notification and approval. Guests must be 25 or over to check in, or 18 for reservations of 7 nights or more. Guests' names and ID details are required prior to arrival for condo management. A selfie with your ID is required as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose information does not match are not allowed into the building. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building, and triggering the smoke detector will result in a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. Parties are prohibited, and the reservation may be canceled without refund if the number of guests exceeds the specified number or if noise levels are too high.
