This suite has everything you need, including a fully functional kitchen with tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer. The bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Small and middle-size pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee of $20 per pet per night. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Parking is available, and if you require a parking spot, you must provide your vehicle and license plate numbers. You're just minutes from downtown, steps from trendy cafés and restaurants, and only a few blocks from the river pathways for biking, jogging, or a relaxing stroll. The Bow River is 400 meters away. The minimum age for booking is 25 years, but for reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. According to the condo rules, we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name and ID details. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we discover the smell of any type of smoke, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.
