Bonita Beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with cafés, waterfront restaurants, and local shops conveniently nearby. The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025, through April 2026. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations. Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays due to roof work. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation, and noise is possible, but building access will not be affected. Some parking areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction. Tennis courts are closed. No smoking is allowed at any time. |
