Swimming pool is available from May 20th to September 2nd. Located just 8–10 minutes from Asbury Park, Bradley Beach, Avon, and Belmar, this home offers both tranquility and convenience. Launch a kayak across the street, relax by the pool, or explore nearby restaurants, shops, boardwalks and beaches. Pets are not allowed, as the owners are allergic to dogs. Parties are fully prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Primary guest must be at least 30 years old and have a positive rating/review history. A driver's license of the primary guest is required, and full names and ages of all guests must be provided before check-in. License plates of all vehicles to park in the driveway must be provided. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. There is a $100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Please do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Washer, Dryer, Wi-Fi, and all essentials are provided for your stay.
