Come live at our beautiful garden apartment complex, just 10 minutes from the beaches of the New Jersey shore. Our fully renovated 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have individual entrances and large private balconies. Interiors include hardwood floors, spacious rooms with large closets and updated kitchens and bathrooms. Heat and hot water are included. Laundry is available on-site, as is ample parking and 24 hour onsite management. Located in a residential neighborhood, this complex is moments away from accessing Route 15 with easy access to the Garden State parkway.

The tenants society apparently doesn’t believe you should be allowed to have friends and family visit. I visit here all the time. I have spent one night in the past few months, it was thanksgiving, but now I’m no longer allowed to spend the day with my family bc the tenants society has gotten complaints about my car being in the parking lot. Do Not Rent here unless you don’t have an issue with someone else telling you who,when and how long you may have ppl come to your home.
