The cottages were built in 1948 as a fish camp, originally with no plumbing or electricity. Carefully preserving their vintage charm, they are now restored far beyond any former glory. Each historic cottage offers a well-stocked, fully-functioning kitchen with dining area, a full bathroom, and living and sleeping space. Each cottage is FULLY FURNISHED. Sitting at the foot of Brooks Bridge, Camp Brooks is situated half a mile from the some of the world's most beautiful beaches, and is a quick boat ride to Crab Island. Boat rentals, fishing, jet ski rentals, a vintage movie theater, downtown dining, nightlife, concerts, markets, and shopping are all just a few steps away. You can walk everywhere downtown from this location. We are steps to Publix, The Landing park, Brooks Bridge which connects to the new bike path. Pets will be considered on an individual basis and a pet deposit will be required, plus a $50. This cottage is being offered as a month-to-month rental, or a longer term if desired.
