The building features 24/7 doorman and security services. This condo features a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster oven, pots/pans, cups, dishes, utensils, knife set, and coffee maker, and basic cooking supplies are provided. The kitchen also features an electric stove and granite countertops, as well as a refrigerator. All linens, sheets, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board are provided. A/C and heating are controlled by the building. Laundry facilities are available in the building's basement. Centrally located on Peachtree Street, this condo provides easy access to the city's premier attractions, including Americas Mart, World of Coke, the Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and Philips Arena. You'll be within walking distance of numerous local restaurants and bars. The MARTA station is just two blocks away, allowing for quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. No pets are allowed in the unit, and a violation will result in a $600 fine from the building. Smoking or vaping inside the building will result in a $250 fine. If rules are violated, you may be asked to leave the building, and no refund will be provided. Late check-out that's not agreed upon will result in an extra cleaning fee and inconvenience fee around $200 and up. Please do not take the building sensor cards/fob when checking out; a missing fob will result in a $100 replacement cost. This is a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 9 am.
