This condo is perfect for football, leisure, snowbirds, spring training, and business travelers. This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer/dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Enjoy the resort-style heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, fitness center, large outdoor fireplace, BBQ area, and arcade. Pool access is allowed by season and weather. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. A pet must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, you are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away from anywhere. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Stairs may be required; the property is not wheelchair accessible. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. Includes 1 queen bed and 1 queen bed.
