Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $25 per night and it's recommended to request it in advance as vacant parking spots may be limited. Pets are allowed in the apartment with a fee of $10 per night for 1 pet, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. A travel crib (for baby 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night, please book in advance. Guests have access to the indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room, and gym in the building. Surrounded by restaurants, movies, and shopping, this apartment offers direct access to Loblaws in the building. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to arrival, including every guest's name and ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case parking is required). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. Guests need to be 18 or over in order to check in.
