According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to arrival, including names, ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. If smoking occurs inside, there will be damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
