This home features a fully equipped kitchen with nice appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee maker. Other amenities include a private entrance, self check-in with keypad, an outdoor rinse shower, a large back patio, beach toys, high-speed internet, central AC, and a shared washer/dryer. Dedicated parking is available. Located near many attractions, this home is within 5-10 minutes of a charming street of cafés, shops, and surf vibe along Newport Avenue, Newport Avenue Beach, Ocean Beach Pier, the Ocean Beach Farmers Market, and the Ocean Beach Antique District. The total number of guests must not exceed what is listed on the reservation, including children and infants. You may have up to 3 additional daytime guests, but they must leave by 10:00 PM. Any overnight guests not listed on the reservation or anyone staying past 10:00 PM will incur a $100 per person, per night fee and may result in cancellation of your stay. The backyard is open between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Smoking of any kind, including vaping and cannabis, is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the home, and violations will result in a minimum $600 fee. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. A $150 cleaning fee may apply if the home is left excessively dirty. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Registration Number: STR-11926L
