Feel at home in this beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled among the trees along the Deschutes River, just south of Sunriver. This property comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers a perfect base for year-round adventures. The open layout features a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and cozy seating areas throughout, including a charming reading nook transformed from a bay window. The master suite boasts direct access to the back deck, while two additional bedrooms share a separate full bathroom. Enjoy the private back deck overlooking the river, ideal for relaxing, wildlife spotting, or BBQs. The fenced front yard provides a safe space for pets and children. Guests have access to a two-car garage for parking or storing outdoor gear, and four kayaks are available for guest use. A pet-friendly policy allows a maximum of 3 pets with a charge of $40.00 per pet, per stay. Located directly on the Deschutes River in a quiet, scenic neighborhood, this home is just south of Sunriver Village. It's a short 10-minute drive to Sunriver Village for shopping and dining, and a quick 25-30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor for winter sports. Nearby attractions include Solar Park with river access, Lava Butte, Benham Falls, and the High Desert Museum. Outside activities need to wind down by 10 pm due to neighborhood guidelines and the Bend Noise Ordinance. Smoking is not allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in charges for sanitizing, de-odorizing, and cleaning. Events are not allowed. Guests must be 23 years or older to book. Check-in is at 5:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Guests are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by pets and must clean up after them immediately. All cars are to be parked in the driveway, with a limit of 1 car per bedroom without prior approval. COVH is not liable for any packages sent to the vacation rental. Guests agree to limit the number of occupants to the maximum occupancy of the specified property; additional guests may not stay the night. Guests will not make any alterations to the property. COVH is not responsible for construction in surrounding neighborhoods or streets. COVH, staff, and homeowners are not responsible for bodily harm or injuries that may occur on the property, including while using the firepit or river. Violation of any laws or policies stated in the agreement are grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
