Feel at home in this spacious suite, just minutes from Surprise Stadium. This townhome has room for everyone to relax. This property features a fully equipped kitchen, plush bedding, a 65" Smart TV, comfortable couches, and a private outdoor area with a putting green and games. New stainless steel appliances, utensils, pots and pans, coffee mugs, a coffee maker and coffee filters, a kettle and tea bags, and wine glasses and an opener are provided. The bathrooms include a modern half-bathroom on the main level, a full bathroom upstairs with a glass shower door, and an en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub. There is also easy access to the garage and some fun games in the unit. The common area with a barbeque and pool is close to the unit. There is a $10 fee per guest after 5 guests. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. There is a $75 cleaning fee for any pets, and only small to medium sized dogs are allowed. Centrally located for all your activities planned for your trip to Surprise, the surrounding area of Surprise Stadium offers a blend of sports facilities, outdoor spaces, dining options, and entertainment venues. The Surprise Recreation Campus features baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, and playgrounds. The Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex hosts tournaments and offers tennis courts for recreational use. Surprise Community Park provides green spaces, picnic areas, walking trails, and a fishing lake. There are numerous dining options nearby, ranging from fast-food chains to casual dining restaurants, and several shopping centers and retail outlets are within a short driving distance. Visitors have access to various hotels and accommodations in the vicinity. No shoes are to be worn inside the home, especially on the carpeted areas. Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends, ending at 7am. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $100 fine. Parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are prohibited, and there is a $250 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit, and you will be fined $500 if you violate this policy. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. There is a $50 per hour penalty if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. Includes a comfortable office chair and a desk with a lamp.
