This 4th floor condo, with its high vaulted ceilings, is on the intracoastal, with the lanai facing it. It is close to the the community fishing pier and intracoastal Gazebo. The interior painting is 1 year old and one of the guest rooms has a wooden floor and the master bedroom and other guest bedroom has carpet. The rest of the condo is tile. The Tidelands community features 2 pools two hot tubs a community clubhouse with fitness center, adult activity room with a separate pool table, kids activity center with large screen TV and stand-up games , 11 acres of lakes, tennis courts, pickleball courts 1/2 court basketball, community lake gazebo and over 1.5 miles of walking trails along the Intracoastal Waterway and lakes. mShort distance to shopping and restaurants. Tidelands has two entrances and exits. Landlord pays for internet, basic cable, wi-fi and trash removal and outside maintenance. Tenant pays for water and electric. Up to two pets allowed depending on breed with a non-refundable pet fee, and must be approved by the HOA. Application fee of $125 only charged if a lease is written. Unit comes with a detached garage and additional off-street parking.
