I’m very much enjoying my first month at Tuscan Reserve. Jonathan was tremendous and provided a great deal of hospitality in welcoming me to the area and helping me to feel at home. Rachel, Jenna and team have been very pleasant, responsive to any of my concerns and demonstrated nothing but warm-hearted professionalism. I love the amenities, the view of the lake and my contemporary-upscale unit! It’s location is perfect - central and within minutes of the beach. Hard to ask for anything more.

Lived here 1.5 years so far, real home feeling environment and unit. It’s a nice quiet gated community with friendly pet lovers. Everyone tends to keep to themselves but you never know your neighbor could become your best friend (seen it happen a lot here 😂) we use a community social media to stay updated on events near by, stuff going on here, and even neighborly help opportunities. The management is super responsive, repairs if needed done very quickly and efficiently. Just an all around great place to live with wonderful amenities including internet which is very good if you work from home like me. Fast and reliable in all aspects here!
