Just a 5-minute stroll from the beach and boardwalk, this 750 sq ft cottage is tucked behind another cottage, nicely situated away from the busy road. The cottage features a recently renovated and fully stocked kitchen with butcher block counters, all necessary appliances and kitchenware, and a 6-person dining table. The living room includes a sleeper sofa with clean linens and a Roku smart TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed with clean linens, while the second bedroom offers a full-over-trundle bed with clean linens. The full bathroom has a standing shower and clean towels are provided. Enjoy the temperature-controlled mini-split to ensure you're comfortable throughout your stay. A starter supply of essentials, including shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, sugar, and creamer, is provided to help you settle in. Two dedicated parking spots are available at the neighbor's parking spaces up the street. A pack n' play is available. A pet fee of $100 per pet applies and will be charged after the booking is confirmed, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Located on a residential road that goes directly to the beach, almost everything is within walking distance. Most residents are full-time, so please be respectful of noise levels. A CVS, hospital, and urgent care are minutes away right down Rt. 101. The water heater supplies enough hot water for approximately 10 minutes, which is normal for its size.
