For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. Nestled in central Pacific Beach, you’re close to everything beachy! Stroll to coffee shops, local eateries, and PB’s lively boardwalk. Mission Bay, La Jolla, and the best surf spots are just minutes away, making this the perfect base for exploring San Diego’s coastal magic. You must be at least 26 years old to book this property. Shoes should be removed upon entry. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Third-party bookings are subject to a $500 fee. Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Unplugging, tampering with, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., will result in fees. Pets should be kept off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Please do not disturb the back house guests.
