A full-size washer and dryer are in the utility closet for any laundry needs. Upstairs, you will find the loft suite with two queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry and dish pods are provided. It is recommended that you bring pool/beach towels and rent beach umbrellas and chairs locally. Enjoy a relaxing, spacious covered balcony surrounded by shade trees, giving you a cool bird's eye view of the pool and courtyard to sit and relax, taking in those gorgeous South Carolina sunsets. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Routine pest control treatment may be scheduled during your stay, typically occurring on the second Tuesday of each month. The technician will knock before entering and will complete the treatment in just a few minutes. A fine may be applied if entry is refused. No smoking or pets are permitted inside the condo.
