There is also a large capacity washer and dryer with detergents and cleaning products. RV parking is available upon request, with a fee if using a hookup. A pack-n-play, high chair, and kids' dinnerware are available. Conveniently located within 15 miles from the beach, downtown attractions, polo grounds, I-95, the Turnpike, and the airport, you'll find a variety of activities and sights within easy reach. Whether you're hitting the sandy shores, exploring the vibrant nightlife, or attending local events, you're never far from the action. The minimum age requirement to book the property is 30 years old. Prior authorization is needed for more than 2 visitors at one time who are not listed as guests. After midnight, any additional person will be considered an overnight guest unless previously approved. Outdoor music must be kept low and not extend beyond the property boundary, and no music is allowed outside from 8 pm to 8 am. Disturbances may lead to immediate removal without a refund. Up to 2 pets are allowed (no cats) with a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and should advise in advance if they're bringing any animals. Outdoor security cameras monitor the perimeter and driveways for safety, and tampering with cameras may result in a visit to address the issue. A maximum of 5 cars is allowed unless approved beforehand. Early arrivals or late departures depend on availability and come with a $50/hour fee, so confirm ahead of time. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated. Guests must clean the BBQ grill and kitchen oven after use, and failure to do so will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee. Unauthorized guests may lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund, as only the booked number of guests is permitted. Absolutely no confetti or glitter is allowed anywhere on the property, and if found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Treat this home like it’s your own, and keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 8 pm. No fireworks are permitted.
