There are four generous bedrooms filled with comfortable king and queen beds topped in hotel-quality bedding. The master bedroom features its own adjoining en-suite, and bedrooms two and five also offer full en-suite bathrooms that can be shared between the remaining rooms. Enjoy the lush resort-style yard with a beautifully landscaped pool area, a BBQ grill, and sun loungers for a relaxing stay. Free parking is available in the home’s driveway, which fits up to 4 cars. Stay just minutes from the popular Hard Rock Casino and restaurants. The villa is nearby many incredible places, including the Seminole Hard Rock Casino (8 minutes by car), Hollywood Beach & Boardwalk (25 minutes by car), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (15 minutes by car), Hard Rock Stadium (15 minutes by car), and Tidal Cove Waterpark (30 minutes by car). Quiet time starts at 10 pm out of respect for the neighbors, as this is a quiet community. No loud noise or music outside is allowed after 10 pm. Any unauthorized party will be charged with a $2000 party fee. All events and parties must be approved. Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. Smoking is allowed outside only. No parking on the grass and no parking on the street; violators of parking rules will be charged with a $100 fee per day. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Guests can also use a ride-share company like Uber or Lyft, with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night. When in Hollywood, park your car and jump on the electric shuttle service called "Sun Shuttle" by Circuit. When you are ready to be picked up, simply use the on-demand “Ride Circuit” App to request a pick-up, wave down the closest fleet driver, or head to a shuttle stop within the service area. Evidence of indoor smoking will incur a $650 odor removal fee.
