Efficiency suite has a HVAC with separate self control thermostat for this unit, 2 cozy bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed. There is a living room with sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV, a dining table with the micro/coffee maker along with a mini fridge. Bathroom with bathtub/shower and single vanity.
