Designed with gathering in mind, the home is ideal for extended families, multiple couples, or groups looking to make lasting memories. The main level includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with a dining area that seats 6, a cozy sunroom, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and access to both side and back decks. The upstairs master suite features a king-size bed, a private balcony overlooking the river, and an en-suite bathroom. The loft space has a sleeper sofa and a desk with river views. The mother-in-law suite has a private entrance through a welcoming breezeway, a large bedroom with a king-size bed and living space with a TV and sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and easy access to the main house and garage/game room. Enjoy the game room above the garage with foosball, a TV, a gaming console, books, and board games, as well as an expansive back deck for outdoor dining and relaxation. Two kayaks are provided for paddling directly from your own Spring River access. Pets are welcome with a fee of $40 per pet per stay, excluding service dogs. Located in a quiet and comfortable neighborhood within a 10-minute drive to Sunriver Village, this home is close to many attractions. Enjoy a meal at Wallow’s Grill right down the road or grab something to go at Basecamp Grill on your way to your next adventure. Evidence of smoking will result in charges to pay for sanitizing, deodorizing, and cleaning the affected areas. Guest is responsible for any and all injuries and/or damages to person or property caused by any pet brought in, at, or around the Property. Guest must clean and properly dispose of all pet excretions immediately upon discovery. If the Property is pet-friendly, any dog brought on the Property must be one year or older. All cars are to be parked in the driveway of your rented property unless specified. You may have 1 car per bedroom, no additional cars will be allowed without prior approval. Check-in is 5:00pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Includes a desk with river views in the loft space.
