This home is thoughtfully decorated with high ceilings and oversized windows. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an oversized island, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. There is a dining table for 8 plus 4 barstools at the island. For extra convenience, there is a dedicated laundry room and a second full-size refrigerator for tailgates and extended stays. Enjoy the covered patio with an outdoor TV and seating for the ultimate tailgate-at-home experience. Fast Wi-Fi and large smart TVs are also included. Enjoy the convenience of being a 17-minute walk to Kyle Field, eliminating parking hassles. Century Square and the Northgate District are just 5 minutes away, as are popular eateries like Torchy’s Tacos, Fuego, Napa Flats, and The Republic. The spacious fenced backyard is perfect for kids, games, or simply stargazing in Texas skies. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in or on the property, and a fee of $400 will be retained to deodorize the home if evidence of smoking is detected. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and you will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Parking in the street overnight is prohibited, and illegally parked cars are subject to towing. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed. If you wish to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. A tenant occupies an apartment located above the garage, with a separate private entrance, and will not interfere with your stay. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
