Located just minutes from Texas A&M, Kyle Field, Big Shots Golf, Star Cinema Grill, and top local dining spots like Porters, Chimy’s, CAVA, Hopdoddy, and Mo’s Irish Pub. Downtown Bryan, with its boutique shopping and dining, is just 10 minutes away. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. If unauthorized guests stay overnight, a fee of $200 plus $50 per person will be retained. Pets are not allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. If any pets are found on the property without a previous agreement, the guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Parties are prohibited. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you may be billed for additional cleaning time. No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage bin on the side of the house. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. If the guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained and an event fee will be added. Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided.
